A local farmer donated a lamb which was one of triplets. He called him ‘Tiddles’ because he was so small. The mother could only cope with the two bigger lambs, Tiddles would probably not have survived in the field. Although very small and thin, he is feeding well on a bottle and is quite strong. We hope that he will survive. He has a heat lamp and we take him indoors at night.
We also have lambs in the paddock by the lions. These are with their mothers. These sheep are Soay and Welsh black. The ram is Soay.
